Terms and Conditions

All reservations are prepaid.  No monetary cancellations once appointments are made.  If a scheduling issue arises, customer has 48 hours prior to the appointment to call and reschedule.   One reschedule is allowed per class / appointment.  If customer no shows or is more than 15 minutes late without communication the customer loses the reservation and fee is forfeited.  There are no chargebacks or disputes once appointment is made.  Upon making payment for the appointment customer agrees to the terms and conditions on this page.
